Friday. Yea! I’m so excited to do nothing this weekend. Last weekend was doing a lot of somethings, so it’s nice to have the opposite this weekend. I love the feeling of a Friday night. The knowing you don’t have to wake up to any sort of alarm in the morning or have a schedule the next day is awesome.
I made a super tasty tart from the new Delicious. magazine. It was Rick Steins LEMON Sub-LIME tart. So so so good. It’s summer in a tart. I made the crust gluten-free and it turend out perfect. The problem is I could eat the entire tart by myself in one go. It takes quite a bit of self control.
I am looking forward to eating this all weekend. Nothing else. Just this tart.
